- Remedy: A problem with the facsmile communications has occurred. Ask the sender to try again.

- Display: RETRY REDIAL ?
- Description: The machine is waiting for a specified time interval to redial a previously busy station.
- Remedy: You can press Start to immediately redial, or Stop to cancel the redial operation.
- Code: 19
- Display: SEND ERROR
- Description: Your fax has not gone through successfully.
- Remedy: A problem with the facsmile communications has occurred. Try again.
- Code: 20
- Display: TONER EMPTY
- Description: The toner cartridge has run out. The machine stops.
- Remedy: Replace with a new toner cartridge.
- Code: 21
- Display: TONER LOW
- Description: The toner is almost empty.
- Remedy: Take out the toner cartridge and gently shake it. Using this way, you can temporarily re-establish the print quality.
- Code: 22
- Display: WARMING UP
- Description: The printer is warming up and is off-line.
- Remedy: Wait until the printer is on-line.
- Code: 23
- Display: Vertical black line and band
- Description: 1. Bad blade of Toner cartridge 2. LSU
- Remedy: 1. Change Toner cartridge 2. Replace LSU
- Code: 24
- Display: Vertical white line
- Description: 1. LSU window contamination 2. Toner cartridge
- Remedy: 1. Clean LSU window 2. If not LSU, change Toner cartridge
