• Description: Error in Developing Disengagement Motor
• Causes: Change in signal status of the Developing Home Position Sensor could not be detected although a specified period of time has passed after rotating the Main Motor for engagement/ disengagement operation of the Developing Cylinder.
• Remedy: 1. Check the connectors connecting the Developing Home Position Sensor, Main Motor and the DC Controller PCB. 2. Replace the Developing Home Position Sensor. 3. Replace the Main Motor. 4. Replace the DC Controller PCB.

• Code: E020 0000
• Description: Density Sensor error
• Causes: Sufficient amount of light could not be received when detecting image density.
• Remedy: 1. Check the connector of the DC Controller PCB. 2. Replace the ITB Unit. 3. Replace the DC Controller PCB. 4. Replace the Toner Cartridge.

• Code: E021 1003
• Description: Developing Motor error
• Causes: The Developing Motor failed to rotate.
• Remedy: 1. Check the connector between the Developing Motor and the DC Controller PCB. 2. Replace the Developing Motor. 3. Replace the DC Controller PCB.

• Code: E021 2003
• Description: Developing Motor error
• Causes: The cycle of the Developing Motor speed detection signal did not become the specified cycle since the Developing Motor started to be driven.
• Remedy: 1. Check the connector between the Developing Motor and the DC Controller PCB. 2. Replace the Developing Motor. 3. Replace the DC Controller PCB.

• Description: Toner Level Sensor error
• Causes: Error in output of the Toner Level Sensor (Yellow)
• Remedy: 1. Replace the Toner Cartridge. 2. Replace the High Voltage Power Supply PCB. 3. Replace the DC Controller PCB.

• Code: E024 0001
• Description: Toner Level Sensor error
• Causes: Error in output of the Toner Level Sensor (Magenta)
• Remedy: 1. Replace the Toner Cartridge. 2. Replace the High Voltage Power Supply PCB. 3. Replace the DC Controller PCB.

• Description: Toner Level Sensor error
• Causes: Error in output of the Toner Level Sensor (Cyan)
