Causes: The wiring is faulty (short circuit, open circuit). The HDD is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty. The main controller PCB is faulty.
Remedy: 1. Wiring Are the connection and the cable between the connector J1017 on the main controller PCB and the connector J1551 on the HDD normal? YES: End. NO: Correct the connection/cable. 2.
