  The machine does not detect the fan motor lock signal for 100 ms while the QSU fan turns on.
• Causes: • Disconnected harness • Overload on the QSU fan motor • Defective QSU fan motor • Defective IOB
• Remedy: 1. Check or replace the harness. 2. Replace the QSU fan. 3. Replace the IOB.

• Code: 532-01
• Description: Ventilation fan (at the left side of the machine) motor error: front end
  The IOB does not receive the lock signal for 100 ms after turning on the ventilation fan motor in the front end, rear end, front in the middle, or rear in the middle.
• Causes: • Defective ventilation fan motor in the front end, rear end, front in the middle, or rear in the middle • Defective IOB
• Remedy: 1. Replace the ventilation fan (at the left side of the machine) motor in the front end, rear end, front in the middle, or rear in the middle. 2. Replace the IOB.

• Code: 532-02
• Description: Ventilation fan (at the left side of the machine) motor error: rear end
  The IOB does not receive the lock signal for 100 ms after turning on the ventilation fan motor in the front end, rear end, front in the middle, or rear in the middle.
• Causes: • Defective ventilation fan motor in the front end, rear end, front in the middle, or rear in the middle • Defective IOB
• Remedy: 1. Replace the ventilation fan (at the left side of the machine) motor in the front end, rear end, front in the middle, or rear in the middle. 2. Replace the IOB.

  The machine does not detect the fan motor lock signal for 100 ms while the second duct fan turns on.

• Remedy: 1. Check or replace the harness. 2. Replace the third duct fan or tube cooling fan. 3. Replace the IOB.
