• Description: Engine startup error
  The engine board fails to respond within 70 seconds when the machine is turned on.
• Causes: Connections between the engine board and the controller board are loose, disconnected, or damaged
• Remedy: 1. Connect the harnesses properly or replace the new one. 2. Replace the engine board. 3. Replace the controller board.

• Code: 671
• Description: Illegal engine board detection error
  The machine code sent from the engine board is incorrect when the machine is turn on.
• Causes: Installing another machine's engine board. Defective engine board. Incorrect NVRAM on the engine board
• Remedy: 1. Install the proper NVRAM. 2. Replace the engine board with proper one.

• Code: 681
• Description: RFID communication error
  Machine cannot communicate with the RFID. Retrying 3 times after the error detection when communicating with a RF tag cannot recover from the error.
• Causes: Defective Reader/Writer. Disconnect harnesses. External noise. Defective RFID tag or no ID tag. Defective RFID unit.
• Remedy: • Replace the RFID unit. • Replace the AIO unit. • Turn the Power Switch Off and On.

• Code: 683
• Description: RFID unit check error
  When the unit checking is performed, a transmission error is detected more than 3 times.
• Causes: External noise
• Remedy: • Reset the AIO unit. • Open and close the front cover.

• Code: 688
• Description: CTL_PRREQ_N signal does not come.
  The PRREQ signal is not received for 130 seconds after paper reaches the registration waiting point.
• Causes: External noise. Defective engine board
• Remedy: • Turn the Power Switch Off and On. • Replace the engine board.

• Code: 690
• Description: GAVD communication error
  The machine detects an error in the data of the ASIC.
• Causes: Defective GAVD. Defective CPU. Defective BCU.
• Remedy: • Turn the Power Switch Off and On. • Replace the engine board.

• Code: 790
• Description: Bank over stacking error
  More than 4 PTUs installed.
• Causes: Excess bank stack
• Remedy: Decrease the number of PTUs to within 4.

• Code: 819
• Description: Fatal kernel error
  Due to a control error, a RAM overflow occurred during system processing. One of the following messages was displayed on the operation panel.
• Causes: System program defective. HDD defective. Controller board defective. Optional board defective.
• Remedy: 1. Replace the controller firmware. 2. Replace the Controller board. 3. Replace the optional board or HDD.
