• Remedy: 1 Check the connector between M100-FSCB PJ19 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 2 Check the connector between PS100- FSCB PJ19 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 3 Check the connector of M100 for proper drive coupling, and correct as necessary. 4 PS100 I/O check, sensor check FSCB PJ19-8. 5 M100 operation check. 6 Change M100. 7 Change FSCB.
