If there is any file, reinstall the loadable device driver. - - 2 Check the USB cable for proper connection and correct as necessary. - - 3 Turn OFF the main power switch, wait for 10 sec. or more, and turn ON the main power switch. - - 4 Re-register the user authentication information. - - 5 Replace authentication device.
