Description: Printhead Order Unsupported order of printhead.
Remedy: Install the correct printhead.

Code: 1105
Description: Scan Back Alignment Failure Automatic alignment has failed.
Remedy: Follow the instructions on the computer screen to recover and align the print tanks.

Code: 1201
Description: Print Incomplete The print carrier stopped before all of the data was used.
Remedy: Clear any carrier jams. Unplug the All-In- One from the wall outlet, wait a few seconds, then plus the All-In-One back in and turn the power on. Resend the print job.

Code: 1202
Description: Data Error Incorrect data has been sent from the host computer to the All-In-One.
Remedy: Unplug the All-In-One from the wall outlet; wait a few seconds, then plug the All-In- One back in and turn the power on. If the problem remains, then replace the USB cable. Service: Replace the system board.

Code: 1203
Description: Printhead Short The short test detected a short circuit in the printhead.
Remedy: Remove the printhead. Clean and reinstall the printhead. If this does not correct the problem, then replace the printhead. Service: Remove the printhead. Clean and reinstall the printhead. If this does not correct the problem, then replace the printhead.

Code: 1204
Description: Printhead Programming Firmware is unable to program pseudo-random printhead ID.
Remedy: Replace the printhead.

Code: 1205
Description: Mono TSR Error. There is a problem in the color TSR circuit; cannot determine printhead temperature.
Remedy: Replace the printhead.

Code: 1206
Description: Color TSR Error. There is a problem in the color TSR circuit; cannot determine printhead temperature.
Remedy: Replace the printhead.
