• Remedy: Clean the contacts. If the problem persists, then replace the printhead. If the problem remains, then replace the All-In- One. Service: Replace the printhead. If the problem remains, then replace the system board.

• Code: 1209
• Description: FLASH Programming Error Could not program FLASH.
• Remedy: The printer will auto reset. If the problem remains, then replace the All-In-One. Service: Replace the printhead.

• Code: 120A
• Description: Undefined Error The microprocessor has encountered an abort or undefined instruction.
• Remedy: Unplug the All-In-One from the wall outlet; wait a few seconds, then plug the All-In- One back in, and turn the power on. If the problem remains, then replace the All-In- One. Service: Replace the system board.

• Description: Address Error Firmware attempted to access invalid address space.
• Remedy: Unplug the All-In-One from the wall outlet; wait a few seconds, then plug the All-In- One back in, and turn the power on. Service: Replace the system board.

• Description: NVRAM Error An error was detected in reading or writing NVRAM.
