  • Description: Shutter overrun error 1: Close
    The shutter close sensor loses the "ON" signal after the shutter was closed.
  • Causes: • Defective motor • Change of load to shutter motor
  • Remedy: Replace the shutter on the laser optics housing unit.
  • Code: 292
  • Description: Shutter overrun error 2: Close
    The shutter close sensor detects "ON" after SC 291 has occurred.
  • Causes: • Defective motor • Change of load to shutter motor
  • Remedy: Replace the shutter on the laser optics housing unit.
  • Code: 293
  • Description: Shutter sensor time over error: Open
    The shutter open sensor does not detect "ON" for 2000 msec after the shutter motor turns on.
  • Causes: • Defective shutter close sensor • Disconnected or broken harness • Defective shutter motor • Defective shutter • Shutter motor overload • Defective IOB
  • Remedy: 1. Check or replace the harness. 2. Replace the shutter on the laser optics housing unit. 3. Replace the shutter motor. 4. Replace the shutter close sensor. 5. Replace the IOB.

  • Description: Shutter overrun error 1: Open The shutter open sensor loses the "ON" signal after the shutter was closed.

  • Description: Shutter overrun error 2: Open The shutter open sensor detects "ON" after SC 291 has occurred.

  • Remedy: 1. Replace the shutter on the laser optics housing unit.
  • Code: 296
  • Description: Shutter open/close sensor error Both shutter open sensor and close sensor detect "ON" at the same time.
  • Causes: • Broken harness(es) of the shutter open/close sensors
  • Remedy: Replace the shutter on the laser optics housing unit.
  • Code: 300
  • Description: AC charge output error [K]
    The measured voltage is not proper when IOB measures the charge output for each color.
  • Causes: • Disconnected or broken high voltage cable • Defective or not installed PCU • Defective high voltage power supply
  • Remedy: 1. Check or replace the connectors. 2. Replace the PCU for the affected colour. 3. Replace the high voltage power supply.
  • Code: 301
  • Description: AC charge output error [M]
    The measured voltage is not proper when IOB measures the charge output for each color.
  • Causes: • Disconnected or broken high voltage cable • Defective or not installed PCU • Defective high voltage power supply
  • Remedy: 1. Check or replace the connectors. 2. Replace the PCU for the affected colour. 3. Replace the high voltage power supply.
