Description: Log Data Error 3
Causes: • Invalid log encryption key due to defective NVRAM data
Remedy: • Initialize the HDD with SP5832-004. • Disable the log encryption setting with SP9730-004 ("0" is off.)

Description: Log Data Error 5
Causes: • Installed NVRAM or HDD which is used in another machine
Remedy: • Reinstall the previous NVRAM or HDD. • Initialize the HDD with SP5832-004.

Code: 877-00
Description: HDD delete error CTL The file delete phase of the Data Overwrite Security application did not execute.
Causes: • SD card (Data Overwrite Security) was removed • SD card defective
Remedy: • Replace the NVRAM and then install the new SD card. • Check and reinstall the SD card.

Description: TPM system authentication error CTL TPM electronic recognition failure
