Select Fan Test, and press OK. 5. Select HIGH or LOW speed with or . 6. Press OK to begin the test. While the test is executing, you should hear the motor running and feel a stream of air at the rear air ducts. Does the main motor function correctly? Replace the controller board. • Remedy: 1 Is the printhead installed correctly? Go to step 3. Reinstall the printhead assembly. See “Printhead assembly removal”. Then go to step 2. 2 Does the error still occur when the power is turned on? Go to step 3. Problem resolved. 3 Check the P/J12 connector on the controller board. Is the connector securely connected? Go to step 5. Reconnect the P/J12 connector. Then go to step 4. 4 Does the error still occur when the power is turned on? Go to step 5.
