Display: Restart the printer. 002: Error~ 007: Error 009: Error~ 011: Error
Description: CPU Exception
Remedy: Does the error display recur? Yes No If the RAM DIMM is installed, remove it and turn off the power of the printer and back on. Replace the CU/PU board. Re-install the RAM DIMM. Replace the RAM DIMM.

Display: Service call 020: Error
Description: CU ROM Hash Check Error
Remedy: Does the error display recur? Yes Turn off the power of the printer and back on. Replace the CU/PU board.

Description: CU RAM Check Error
Remedy: Does the error display recur? Yes Turn off the power of the printer and back on. Replace the CU/PU board.

Description: CU Optional RAM Check Error
Remedy: Is installation of the RAM DIMM normal? Does the printer recover from the error when the RAM DIMM is replaced? No Yes No Re-install the RAM DIMM. Replace the RAM DIMM. Replace the CU/PU board.

Description: CU EEPROM Error
Remedy: Does the error display recur? Yes Turn off the power of the printer and back on. Replace the CU/PU board.
