• Description: 1000-Sheet Finisher Error: Stapler movement motor

  operating.
  The HP sensor of the staple unit does not detect the home position after
  the staple unit moves to its home position.
  The HP sensor of the staple unit detects the home position after the staple
  unit moves from its home position.

  Number of sheets in stack exceeds allowed number of sheets for stapling

• Description: 1000-Sheet Finisher Error: Tray lift motor error
  The tray lift motor is not operating.
