NO 1) Replace the rear jogging motor. 2) Replace the finisher controller PC board. MJ-1025 (Alignment motor (rear) abnormality) Is the aligning plate home position sensor (rear) (PI5) working properly? NO Replace the sensor. YES Is the wiring between the finisher controller PC board and aligning plate home position sensor (rear) correct? NO Correct the wiring. YES Is there any mechanical problem with the path of aligning plate? YES Fix the mechanism. NO Try replacing the alignment motor (rear) (M5). Is the problem corrected? YES End.
