Check that the ground straps are place between the Media Drive Motor and YAxis Assembly. Also check the ground clip at the Tray 2 Pick Clutch. Are the system grounds connected? Reset NVRAM. If the error persists, replace the NVRAM device. Reconnect the system grounds.
