Display: ERROR CONDITION HEAD OPEN
Description:
Causes: Printer stops. HEAD OPEN LED Flashes and PAUSE LED ON. Printhead is not fully closed. Head Open Sensor not detecting Flag or Flag not in proper position.

Display: ERROR CONDITION HEAD OVER TEMP
Description:
Causes: Printer stops and PAUSE LED flashes. Printhead element is overheated.

Display: ERROR CONDITION HD ELEMENT FAIL
Description:
Causes: Printhead element going bad - experiencing print quality problems.

Display: ERROR CONDITION CUTTER JAMMED
Description:
Causes: Cutter blade in media path

Display: ERROR CONDITION CALIBRATE ERROR
Description:
Causes: Loss of registration indicating a media sensor problem. Printer set for non-continuous media, but continuous media loaded.

Display: OUT OF MEMORY DOWNLOAD GRAPHIC or OUT OF MEMORY GREATING BIT MAP
Description:
Causes: Printer stops and PAUSE LED lights. Not enough memory to perform function shown in second line. Functions: Download Graphics Creating Bitmap (not enough memory for length of label) Building Format (label too complex).

Display:
Description: Poor Print Quality.
Causes: Burn Temperature too . low. Incorrect Media and Ribbon. Printhead Adjustments incorrect.
