The wiring of the stacking tray paper retainer HP sensor (S114) or the stacking tray paper retainer motor (M114) are faulty. 3. The stacking tray paper retainer HP sensor (S114) is faulty. 4. The stacking tray paper retainer motor (M114) is faulty. 5. The finisher controller PCB is faulty.
