Causes: • Interface cable (between inserter and downstream device) connector disconnected or broken • PCB (of inserter or downstream device) defective
Remedy: • Reconnect or replace the interface cable (between inserter and downstream device) connector disconnected or broken • Replace the PCB.

Remedy: • Check the motor and upper limit sensor. • Check the lower limit sensor. • Replace the motor/upper limit sensor./lower limit sensor. • Replace the PCB.
