• Description: EEPROM version error. Error in writing into EEPROM.
• Causes: EEPROM defective Uninitialized EEPROM is installed Defective EEPROM access circuit on PCU PWB
• Remedy: Check EEPROM for proper set-up To prevent the erasion of counter data and adjustment values, write down the counter data and adjustment values by simulation. (If there is a printer option, execute SIM23-1 and note counter data/adjustment values.) Clear U2 trouble with SIM16. Replace PCU PWB.

• Code: U2 11
• Description: Checksum error in counter data area
• Causes: EEPROM defective Control circuit hung up due to noise Defective EEPROM access circuit on PCU PWB
• Remedy: Check EEPROM for proper set-up To prevent the erasion of counter data and adjustment values, write down the counter data and adjustment values by simulation. • Code: U3 00
• Description: Mirror motor PWB communication trouble. Communication with mirror motor PWB cannot be established.
• Causes: Mirror motor PWB defective Defective harness or connector between PCU and mirror motor PWB Erroneous detection due to noise
• Remedy: Check harness and connector of communication line. Replace mirror motor. Clear the trouble by turning power supply On/Off.

• Code: U3 20
• Description: Mirror motor RE error. No generation of RE signal for a certain time despite the activation of mirror motor.
• Causes: Mirror motor defective RE defective Mirror motor locked
• Remedy: Check mirror motor operation with SIM1-1. Check RE signal with SIM1-2.

• Code: U3 21
• Description: Mirror motor MHPS detection error. No MHPS is not detected when mirror field is started. MHPS is detected when mirror field is started.
• Causes: MHPS defective MHPS harness or connector defective
• Remedy: Check MHPS signal with SIM1-2.

• Code: U3 26
• Description: Mirror motor power supply error. Mirror motor power supply voltage judged to be improper when mirror initial or mirror field is started.
• Causes: Mirror motor PWB defective Mirror motor power supply circuit defective DC power supply defective Improper connection of harness for supplying mirror motor DC38V
• Remedy: Check mirror motor power supply with SIM1-2. Check harness and connection for supplying mirror motor DC38V.

• Code: U4 02
• Description: ADU alignment plate operation error. The plate won’t move from home position more than 1 second after sending the command to leave home position. Or the plate won’t return to home position within 5 seconds after sending the command to return to home position.
• Causes: Home position sensor defective Alignment shift motor defective Improper connection of harness between PCU PWB, motor and sensor. Control PWB (PCU) defective Alignment plate driving belt or gear damaged or improperly adjusted
• Remedy: Check home position sensor detection with SIM9-2. Check alignment plate operation with SIM9-4. Check connection between PCU, motor and sensor. Remove ADU and check gear and belt for damage.
