• Description: Engine startup error
  The BICU failed to respond with the prescribed time when the machine was turned on.
• Causes: • Connections between BICU and controller board are loose, disconnected, or damaged • Replace the BICU • Replace the controller board

• Code: 672
• Description: Controller startup error
  • After power on, the line between the controller and the operation panel did not open for normal operation. • After normal startup, communication with the controller stopped.
• Causes: • Controller stalled • Controller installed incorrectly • Controller board defective • Operation panel harness disconnected or defective

• Description: GAVD block 12C bus error
  The I2C bus of the BICU is defective
• Causes: • Replace BICU

• Code: 722
• Description: Finisher jogger motor error
  The finisher jogger HP sensor did not return to the home position, or move out of the home position, within 1.25 sec. Staple mode cannot be used.
• Causes: • Jogger motor connector or harness loose, broken, defective • Jogger motor defective • Jogger HP sensor connector or harness loose, broken, defective • Jogger HP sensor defective
